I purchased Ea play for the trial and when I try getting the trial it says already owned. I questioned it and then proceeded to install the game but when it loaded I get the Fc 27 lite version l. I’ve tried numerous times and it’s the same outcome. I would like to know why can’t I play the trial at all and only the Lite version
I cant access my 10 hours trial anymore after downloading FC lite I mistakenly clicked on download for the lite and now its asking me to pay for the game instead of taking me back to the trial I tried going through FC 26 news menu but its not working and also through Fc lite upgrade menu but its showing error

On what platform are you seeing this issue?
If you have the Lite version installed, can you uninstall it and then try the trial again.

I had 5 hours left on the ps5 and 8 hours left on the ps4 when i clicked on the FC Lite version at the PS Store, after this i lost access to my trial and basically all the functions on the companion app are "deactivated", i can't open the store, can't look at objetives, can't even look at SBCs, now my cards are stuck on the transfer list because i can't even sell them.
I paid EA Play for the trial and now i can't play It.
