Persistent online desync disconnects in EA SPORTS FC on PS5 (error: "Ha ocurrido un error y ya no estás sincronizado con el partido online"). Happens on Wi-Fi and on a mobile hotspot. Already tried: Wi-Fi reset, clock sync, manual DNS, hotspot test, squad reset. Account checks are clean. Escalated to the game team under EA Help case 256881600, with no update or timeframe yet.
