Fc27 Web app Features Disabled

When fc27 first came out I was able to access all the features on the web / companion app however ever since downloading fc27 lite my features have become disabled suddenly , despite deleting the lite version , none of the features have returned and I have been waiting over 2 weeks for it to return

I played the ea play trial aswell and even after using up the trial my features were still disabled

anybody know how or when the issue will be fixed ?
