Re: FC27 EA Play Trial not working because of FC27 Lite

Hi, I bought an EA Play subscription on PS5 to play the EA SPORTS FC 27 game trial. When I try to download it, I get the error CE-112987-8 ("something went wrong"). I've tried downloading from the PS Store, the EA Play section, and the PlayStation app, and I've restarted my console. There's no FC 27 entry in my game library.

When I try to download FC 27 Lite instead, the PS Store says I can't buy it because I already own EA Play, which conflicts with it. It looks like the FC 27 trial license isn't attached to my account properly.
