In Online Seasons it fails to save some substitute players.

For a month since the game’s release, I haven’t been able to use the players who appear in my reserves during seasons. Even when I move a player from the reserves to the substitutes, they don’t show up on the substitutes list when I return to the squad view. I spend a lot of time playing online seasons, and it’s frustrating that this issue still hasn’t been resolved.
