Incorrect Squad Battles Rewards – Elite 3 (22,445 Points)

Hello EA Support,

I am contacting you regarding a serious issue with my Squad Battles rewards.

I earned Elite 3 rank with a total of 22,445 points. However, when the rewards were distributed, I was incorrectly placed in Elite 2 instead of Elite 3.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated because I worked hard throughout the competition to achieve Elite 3, specifically to receive its rewards.

The difference between the two reward tiers is significant. Elite 3 offers two packs containing 4 players rated 83+, while Elite 2 rewards are considerably worse.

I believe this is an unfair situation, and I should not lose rewards that I rightfully earned due to a possible ranking or reward distribution error.

I kindly request that you investigate my account and correct this issue by granting me the full Elite 3 rewards that I earned.

I would appreciate a proper solution as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and assistance.
