Leading 3-0, opponent leaves match. I'm awarded loss?

What is wrong with this game. Happening multiple times in FUT drafts. I lead by 3-0 20 minutes in, my opponent leaves the match. On the postmatch draft advancement thing it shows 3-0 win, onto next round... I come back to the lobby, I'm not in the draft anymore and it says I've lost in first round. Made multiple support tickets, never getting a reply. Starting to lose faith in this **bleep** company EA, going to just refund my game and everything I've spent on this and never play the game again. What is the point. Constant bugs and you write support tickets just to never get a f*ing reply. I'm owed atleast 3000+ fifa points or 10+ draft tokens from all these bugs that have happened when opponents leave/ disconnect and I AM THE ONE awarded with the loss?
