Lost connection to ea server on FC 27

I’m unable to connect to EA SPORTS FC 27 online features on my PS5 since the latest October 29 update.

I’ve tested two different ISPs (Oxygen and Biznet), but neither works. However, connecting through my mobile hotspot works perfectly.

My PS5 has NAT Type 2, other online games work normally, and I’ve already tried changing DNS and restarting my routers.

I try to play FC  26 its perfectly fine i can connect to the server, playing the Ultimate Team.

This strongly suggests a possible connectivity issue introduced by the latest update of FC 27

any one got the same problem?
