Match not starting , not showing in EA Connection Quality Report

again same thing , a made another thread nobody is responding , it s the second time this happens , first in rivals 2 days ago now in fut champs first match !!! EA_Shepard​  match not starting stays in a black screen indefinetly loading  , and not appearing in ea connection quality report , nothing happening and if i close the game i take DNF and match lost . 1000mbps , not having connection problem in any games but you don't care about those exploiters or cheaters ! or sometimes when i'm winning and they get to tie the game and disconnect somtimes i get DNF . i don't have connection problem , i have an average of 92+ connection score !!!  i have very good pc with very good internet , this exploits or hackers do these for years they somehow make you lose connection or like this match not starting and i get lose , why do i need to get lose after paying for this game and can't play normally  EA_Shepard​  do i need to spam topics and post in all the others players that have similar things happen until i get an answer ? i have over 10 minutes and the match not starting , how is this far? me losing this without playing and not beeing my fault ????????

    EA_Edu​ again , new weekend league same crap again , no answer , i go to play match and it doens't start , no showing in quality control report and if i don't close the game it just stays black screen indefinetly loading . this happens once every weekend league , in any other mode it doens't , why do we have to lose matches every weekend league eithar by this hack , or the no loss glitch exploit ? why you not doing anything , i don't even know the player name so i can report him , we pay to play for this ? for the grind to be for nothing everytime u get a cheater or someone that exploits nothing happens to them only to the normal players making them lose matches they don't even get to play or when they disconnect and you're the one getting the loss.................
