Mbappe missing from account

I packed mbappe 91 gold card yesterday before the promo came out from a 78x2 and afterwards looked in my club and closed ultimate team multiple times and did everything you are supposed to do. I could not find him and saw that I had been given the pack back. I have never contacted before and am a loyal customer and spent a lot of money on fc 25. I need my player back. He never was even in my club but I definitely packed him. What is going on and can somebody at EA help?
