My gems suddenly went from 4k to 1865 gems

Hello, my EA FC Mobile gem balance randomly glitched and dropped from 4,000 to 1,875 gems without me spending anything. Your help website and in-game chat are completely broken and won't let me submit a case. Can an advisor please look into my currency ledger history and open a missing content ticket for me?
