Hi there,
Thanks for the screenshot and DxDiag report. The original thread focuses on crashes that occur without any error message, so I’ve moved your reply to a new thread to keep different situations separate.
As a first test, please try the following:
- Disconnect the monitor connected to the AMD integrated graphics and run the game with only the LG monitor connected to the RTX 5070 Ti.
- Perform a clean installation of the NVIDIA graphics driver rather than installing it over the existing driver, as Un_Gnomie reported this may help. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XVYakpjbQ1Y&t=315s
- Repair or reinstall DirectX and Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables.
- Clear the DirectX Shader Cache and repair the FC 27 game files.
Please let me know how these tests go.

I am having this same issue. Almost the exact same error message except my DeviceRemovedReason is : DXGI_ERROR_INVALID_CALL. Haven't been able to even boot the game and have been trying since the start of early access. I have done a full reinstall of all graphics drivers and wiped all other conflicting drivers. I have an AMD RX 9070XT but I had the same issue on an NVIDIA card that I also have with all correct drivers installed.
I have done everything recommended above and the issue persists. I have also ensured my system has secure boot enabled. I run a dual monitor set up and the issue persists with either one of the monitors individually connected only, or both.
Please help!

Thanks for letting me know what you’ve already tried.
As another troubleshooting step, could you please try setting the game to use only your dedicated GPU and see if that makes any difference?
If the issue still persists, could you please share a screenshot of the full error message, along with your DxDiag report?
