Player Positions Changing Between Tactics Menu and Gameplay

Hello EA Support,

I would like to report a formation/tactics bug in EA SPORTS FC 27 Ultimate Team.

I am using a 4-4-1-1 Midfield formation with the following setup:

• RM: Yilmaz – Inside Forward+
• CM: Gravenberch – Build-Up Playmaker+
• CAM: Ekitiké – Shadow Striker+
• CM: Tonali – Holding / Defend
• LM: Sávio – Wide Forward++

The problem is that the formation shown in the Squad/Team Management menu is correct, but when I enter the actual gameplay, Yilmaz and Gravenberch switch positions.

Photo 1 and Photo 2:
The formation is correctly displayed in the menu before entering the match. Yilmaz is positioned at RM, while Gravenberch is at CM.

Photo 3:
Once I enter the gameplay formation view, Yilmaz and Gravenberch have switched positions. Yilmaz appears in the CM position, while Gravenberch appears on the right side.

This happens even though I have already saved the correct positions and player roles in Team Management.

This is not simply a visual issue because the players are actually starting the match in the wrong positions, which affects the tactical setup, player roles, and positioning during gameplay.

Could you please investigate this issue? It appears that the saved formation/tactical positions are not being correctly transferred from the Team Management screen into gameplay.

I have attached screenshots showing:

1. The correct formation in the Squad menu.
2. The correct formation in Team Management/Tactics.
3. The incorrect player positions when entering gameplay.

Players affected: Yilmaz and Gravenberch
Formation: 4-4-1-1 Midfield
Issue: RM and CM positions swap when entering gameplay.
