Redeemed code for EAFC27 Ultimate Edition twice, game not in library.

An EA employee gave you two codes for the game?

I would recommend speaking with them to ensure all is ok with the codes.

    Hi EA_Darko​, After the first code didnt show the game we tried with another code and still the same issue. Yes I checked with the employee and all is okay with the code.

      Just a big confusing Miko8u​ as you say you purchased a code and when it didn't work purchased another but then say an EA employee gave you two codes.

      Have you spoken with live support to see if there is an issue?
