Season points

I have completed multiple objectives in EA SPORTS FC 27, including Player Career Weekly Objectives and Manager Live Objectives. All requirements show as completed, but the Season Points have not been credited to my account.

I have already restarted the game, played additional matches and checked my Season Pass progress. Nothing has worked.

Please investigate my account and confirm whether the missing SP can be credited retroactively, especially before the current season expires.
