Unable to Access Old Email – EA Account Recovery

Hello EA Support,

I am having a problem logging into my EA account in EA SPORTS FC. The game asks me to verify my identity by sending a verification code to an old email address that I no longer have access to.

I cannot receive the verification code, so I am unable to log in and play the game.

I would like to recover my account and update the email address linked to it. I can provide any information needed to verify that I am the account owner.

Please help me resolve this issue.

    If you no longer have access to the email address registered to the EA account, you'll want to reach out to our support team directly so they can help update those account details.

    The steps on this page would typically help you update that information, but in this case, it'd be best to just scroll to the bottom for the Contact us option. An advisor will need to verify a few account details and should be able to work with you to get things updated from there.
