Unable to connect to EA Servers

My game wont allow me to connect to EA servers for ultimate team.

Mid game my game crashed and then i started getting to error codes of EC:10608 and EC:10610 etc (this doesnt happen anymore really)

At first i thoght i was a network issue but it wasnt at all as every other game had no issues and did EA network test and regular speed test and it says network connection is completely fine.

Ive unistalled the game,redid the anti cheat install, done the ea app repair and fifa game repair. Changed DNS servers. Also im not banned too. 
I can go onto the grounds etc but when it comes to going on ultimate i instantly cant connect to ea servers.

All servers are online too.

    My partner is having the same problem since last night. Tried everything and still not been able to connect. He has a ps5. EA please sort this out! He paid £100 for a game he can't play. Everyone should be compensated for this!
