For last two days I can't get into ultimate team. I didn't have any problems with connecting earlier. I already tried clearing cache, changing dns, repairing the app but nothing helped me. I'm connected to internet with an ethernet cable. Does anyone have a similar problem or knows the solution to it?
Could you reply and find out a solution about issue mentioned in this thread? Please...
Community ManagerWhich platform are you on? Where are you not able to connect? Is it the main menu or particular modes?

PC. originally both were ps5 accounts but this year i switched to pc

when i use my main account, it kicks me out in about 10-15 minutes when in menus, and a maximum of 3 minutes when i enter a game. It says unable to connect to the ea servers. If i press R3 it reconnects immediately, but after another 5-10 minutes it kicks me out again, saying, UNABLE TO CONNECT TO THE EA SERVERS. On the other account i stayed in the menu for more than an hour and i played a full squad battles match without any issue, meanwhile when i enter a squad battle match on my main it kicks me out in about the 20th ingame minute.
Community ManagerThanks. Can you describe what is happening exactly? Are you disconnecting on one account in the middle of matches, but not the other? Is there an error message?
