Career Mode Crashes When Signing Players After Latest Update (PC)

I am a PC player experiencing an issue in Career Mode since the latest update. Whenever I try to sign players from the Transfer Targets list, the game crashes and closes unexpectedly without displaying any error message.

This issue occurs repeatedly and makes it difficult to continue playing Career Mode. I have already reinstalled the game and EA AntiCheat, but the problem persists.

Please investigate this issue and provide a solution as soon as possible.
