Internet disconnection while connected to the Internet

Olá, mais uma vez aparece avis que eu desconectei de uma partida e vou perder moedas como punição, porém como minha internet desconectou se na mesma hora estava fazendo Live e a Live não caiu, isso tem ocorrido com muita frequência, principalmente quando jogo contra adversários de PC, e mais ainda quando estou ganhando ou empatando a partida contra eles.

Jogo via cabo e tenho uma internet somente para o jogo, vocês me cuparam uma vez que eu não jogava no cabo. Faz uns 3 ou mais anos que jogo somente no cabo e mesmo assim os problemas continuam.

Sei que mais uma vez vai ser encerrado meu assunto com uma resposta genérica, é como sempre me respondem.

Hello, once again I’m getting a notification that I disconnected from a match and will lose coins as a penalty. However, how could my internet have disconnected when I was livestreaming at the exact same time and the stream didn't drop? This has been happening very frequently—especially when playing against PC opponents, and even more so when I’m winning or drawing the match against them.

I play via a wired connection and have an internet line dedicated solely to the game; you previously blamed me for not using a wired connection. I’ve been playing on a wired connection for three years or more now, yet the problems persist.

I know my issue will likely be closed with a generic response once again—that’s how you always answer me.
