Access to Rush, Tournaments, and The Grounds Data

Hi everyone,

I've been looking through a few of the community-built GitHub projects that work with EA's Clubs data, and from what I can see, we're currently able to access match data for League Matches, Playoffs and Friendlies.

I'm wondering whether similar data is exposed anywhere for The Grounds, Rush, Live Events and Tournaments?

There's so much potential in this data if it's available to third-party developers.

For example, imagine being able to see that a player has played 150 1v1 matches in The Grounds and has never lost. You could effectively identify them as one of the best 1v1 players and give other players something to chase.

Or being able to build leaderboards around things like:

  • 1v1, 2v2 and 3v3 records
  • Rush performances
  • Tournament and Live Event records
  • Win streaks
  • Individual player statistics
  • Global rankings
  • Regional/country rankings
  • Records for specific Grounds activities

You could potentially have players competing to become the best 1v1 player in the UK, Honduras, France or globally, for example.

The Grounds especially creates a lot of interesting possibilities because the data could become more about the individual player, rather than only their Club.

I assume some of this data must exist internally for progression, matchmaking, results, rewards, etc. What I'm trying to understand is whether any of it is currently exposed through the public-facing endpoints used by the Clubs website, another endpoint, or any other mechanism available to third-party developers.

And if it isn't currently exposed, is there any plan for EA to make this type of data available in the future?

I'd love to hear from anyone at EA who knows how this data is handled, but also from developers in the community who may have already investigated The Grounds/Rush/Tournament data and found something I've missed.

I think there's a huge amount the community could build around this if the data is available.

Thanks!
