Character creation error

When I was first creating a pro for the grounds/clubs my internet disconnected. Now I every time I try to load into clubs I receive this message in the picture I have attached. I have tried deleting the game and redownloading it but still get the same message pop up. I have deleted all my saved data from the game but still didn’t fix the issue.
