Club league games not loading?!

Me and my friend overseas have a club, and we are able to find games, however when we load in, either players are invisible, the skip button does not appear and the game automatically forfeits before it starts. This is super annoying as this never happened in the old FC and we’ve tried changing servers and all sorts of methods. Anyone have suggestions or the same issue?
