FC27 clubs friendly matches high ping

Hello,

I am experiencing a serious connection problem in EA SPORTS FC 27 Clubs Friendly Matches.

Our club is based in Türkiye, and when we play Friendly Matches against teams from other countries, all 11 players on our team experience around 200 ms ping at the same time.

This happens even though:

Our players are located in different places, including Türkiye and Germany.
The player living in Germany also gets around 200 ms.
All 11 players experience the high latency simultaneously.
Our normal internet connections are stable.
This problem specifically occurs in Clubs Friendly Matches.
We do not have this level of latency in our normal Clubs matches.

We have already tried:

Restarting the game and consoles
Restarting our internet connections
Changing the Club/lobby leader
Playing with different combinations of players
Disabling Approximate Location Matchmaking
Checking our individual internet connections

None of these steps solved the problem.

Because all 11 players experience approximately 200 ms at the same time, this appears to be related to the EA game data center or matchmaking/server routing, rather than an individual player's internet connection.

We are located in Türkiye, where EA has an Istanbul game data center, and we would like to know why our Clubs Friendly Matches are being routed to a server/data center that causes approximately 200 ms latency for the entire team.

Could you please investigate:

Which EA game data center our Clubs Friendly Matches are being assigned to?
Why all 11 players are being connected with approximately 200 ms latency?
Whether there is currently a routing or matchmaking issue affecting Clubs Friendly Matches between Türkiye and other European countries?
Whether this is a known issue in FC 27?

We can provide screenshots, connection test results, match dates/times, and any other information required.

Please do not provide generic troubleshooting steps, as we have already tested our individual connections. We specifically need the server/data-center and matchmaking routing for Clubs Friendly Matches to be investigated.

We have recently made an update to the available matchmaking regions for Clubs matches in FC 27.

If you are experiencing higher than expected latency in Clubs League matches, please review your matchmaking region in your Clubs Settings to ensure you have the recommended region selected.

Hello EA Support,
I would like to report an ongoing issue with the Middle East servers in Pro Clubs.
The matchmaking system is currently having serious problems finding matches when we search on the Middle East region. The search can take a very long time without finding a game, even when multiple players are searching at the same time.
We have tested the same players and connection on other server regions, and we are able to find matches there. However, playing on servers outside the Middle East results in significantly higher ping and an unstable gameplay experience.
This makes Pro Clubs extremely difficult to play for players located in the Middle East.
Could you please investigate the Middle East Pro Clubs matchmaking and server availability and confirm whether there is currently an issue with the servers?
We would appreciate it if this issue could be investigated and resolved as soon as possible.

Platform: PC (EA App)
Summary: Joining an NA hosted lobby writes persistent regional session tokens to local cache that fail to renegotiate upon return to solo UK/EU matchmaking, forcing cross Atlantic routing across Clubs (The Grounds) RUSH while Ultimate Team remains unaffected at sub 5ms.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Boot FC 27 from the UK/EU.
2. Join and play a "The Grounds" or Clubs session hosted by North American players.
3. Leave party and queue solo in "The Grounds" / Clubs RUSH.
4. Notice connection quality locks to 80–86ms (US routing).
Workaround Found: Manually delete cache, filesystemcache, twinkle, and umcache from %localappdata%\EA SPORTS FC 27 to force a clean local server handshake. Also cleared cache in the EA App.
Once I did that and launched my game, my ping dropped back down to 10ms.
I have attached two images showing connection telemetry before and after the fix.
DISCLAIMER: The original bug occurred after joining a lobby which I was invited by US friends on my first session in The Grounds. This locks matchmaking to 80ms+ NA routing for every subsequent solo match until the AppData cache is purged. So possibly my steps to reproduce might not work, nevertheless this is still a major bug that I had to find a work around for as it got me very frustrated.

Update: After solo queuing a couple games and being on normal ping, I have suddenly started to get 80+ ping again every single game.

Friendlies in Clubs are back to being high ping despite everyone in both clubs being in the same region. It is the same issue that happened towards the end of FC 26 for two months.

ea fix youre ping its in pro clubs 178 constant. Its not playable at this rate man.

A few things to try to reduce your ping...

1. Use Ethernet rather than Wi-Fi.
2. If Ethernet isn't possible, stay reasonably close to the router, and avoid weak-signal areas.
3. Stop other network-heavy activity while playing, such as downloads, cloud backups, streaming. Check other devices on the network too.
4. Restart the router/modem
