Player action/reaction indicator not showing despite action is registered [PC]

In clubs, calling for a passing or requesting a team mate to shoot should lead to that indicator showing on top of a player. However this is not visible on my PC, despite the action is sent (as PS5 users I play with see that indicator on my player).

This also applies to the quick reactions one can do using the DPad. They also do not show visually on my PC despite the action is actually sent.

Please help fix this 🙏
