2 errors in Ultimate Team

Unfortunately, I’m back with more feedback, and I genuinely hope that this time it will lead to some improvements.

RUSH – ONGOING ISSUES AND BUGS

Could you please look into the current issues with Rush and work towards getting them fixed as soon as possible?

It is disappointing to encounter bugs in a game developed and released by an experienced company like EA. Given the issues players have experienced in previous games, I would have hoped that lessons had been learned and that better quality control would be in place before release.

These recurring problems affect the overall gaming experience and leave players frustrated, especially when there is little communication about fixes or any form of compensation for the inconvenience.

SOUND ISSUES IN SB

There are also issues with missing or distorted sound in SB. This negatively affects gameplay and the overall experience.

Could you please ensure that these audio problems are investigated and addressed by the appropriate development and technical teams?

Players invest both time and money in your games, and it is reasonable to expect a stable and enjoyable experience in return.

When similar technical issues keep appearing from one game to the next, it raises concerns about testing, quality assurance, and whether feedback from previous releases is being taken seriously.

Please take these issues seriously, provide updates on the progress of potential fixes, and help restore the confidence of your player base.

We are not asking for perfection, but we are asking for a game that works as intended and for better communication when things go wrong.
