Community ManagerHi Laflame_Deli,
Thank you for reaching out and sharing your situation with us. I am so sorry to hear that your account was hacked and that all of your expensive tradeable players are gone. I can only imagine how devastating and disappointing it is to log in expecting to play and find your hard-earned squad members missing.
Because this is an account security issue involving private player assets, we are unable to access your account, verify your login history, or manually restore lost content or coins directly here on the forums due to strict security and privacy protocols.
To secure your account immediately and prevent any further unauthorized access, please follow our guide on what to do when your account has been hacked. This will walk you through changing your password and enabling Login Verification to secure your credentials:
What to do if your EA Account was hacked
Once you have completed those security steps, please contact our support team to report the missing players and coins. You can start a live case by scrolling to the bottom of that security guide and selecting the Contact Us option. If you encounter any technical issues with the main portal, you can also use our direct backup webform to get in touch with an advisor.
I truly hope our team can investigate this for you soon and help secure your account. Thank you again for your patience and cooperation as we work through this together.
Thank you for your response.
Unfortunately, I have already followed these instructions numerous times. I have repeatedly tried to contact EA Support through the account recovery guide, the Contact Us option and the alternative webform.
However, none of these methods work for me. I keep encountering the same issue and am unable to reach an actual support advisor. I have attached a screenshot as evidence of the problem I encounter when trying to use the official support channels.
I have genuinely tried everything available to me, but I have not been able to get in touch with anyone who can investigate my compromised account.
At this point, posting on this forum is my last option to get someone’s attention and receive assistance.
I understand that this may not be the appropriate department, but I kindly ask you to escalate my situation to someone who can help or provide me with a direct, working way to contact the relevant account security team.
My account was compromised, and I urgently need help investigating the unauthorized activity and recovering my missing Ultimate Team players.
I would really appreciate it if someone could take ownership of this issue rather than redirecting me to support channels that I have already tried repeatedly.
Thank you for your understanding.
