Constant bugs lead to my time penalties

This is balderdash. I get a disconnection penalty because when I load in it gives me a black screen with arrows above players heads. This is most common in rush for me. It happens ever 3 or 4 games and it makes me unable to play. Revoke my penalties its not my fault then I get this screen I have no corrupted files im on ps5 and my games up to date
