Ban
I got banned for what it says cheating on the email it said 28 days but when I open the ban to appeal it says permanently. But I have never done any form of cheating. I appealed last week and Have got nothing back.

Unfortunately we can't help with bans here on the forums. It can take our terms of service team a few days to get back to you after you raise a dispute. I'd recommend that you don't re-open your case to ask for updates, as doing so pulls it out of the queue and it'll get put back in at the end. Hopefully you'll get a response from them soon.
