Been hacked & now BANNED from transfer market

Hi zombieattax,

I'm so sorry to hear your account was hacked and that you've now been banned from the transfer market.

While we cannot directly access your account or restore your content here on the forums for your security, please follow these two immediate steps to get help:

First, please secure your account immediately. Follow the steps in our guide on what to do when your account has been hacked to reset your password and enable login verification:

What to do if your EA Account was hacked

Second, once your account is secure, you need to appeal the transfer market ban. You can do this by following our guide on how to appeal a sanction. It is very important that in your appeal, you clearly explain that your account was compromised and the activity was not yours.

Check and appeal EA Account locks, bans, and suspensions

After reviewing the guide, you can open a case by scrolling to the bottom of that page and selecting the Contact Us option. If you have any trouble, you can also use our direct webform here.

I truly hope the team can get this investigated and resolved for you quickly.
