Bought fc points for fc26 by mistake wanted them for fc27

I bought some digital fc point codes but realised that I had purchased fc 26 codes and not fc27 codes. 

I have already used the pop up transfer when the game was released. I cannot get though to someone to speak with on live chat, keep getting stuck with the ai assistant.
