Champions Match Win Recorded as Loss After EA Server Disconnect

Platform: PlayStation 5

Issue:
I completed a Champions match and won on penalties. Immediately after the match ended, the EA server disconnected me from Ultimate Team.

When I tried to log back into UT, I repeatedly received a error message .After restarting the game, I was able to reconnect and saw that the match I had won was recorded as a loss.

I did not lose my internet connection and did not disconnect from the match. The game had already finished before the EA server removed me from UT.
