Severe gameplay sluggishness/heavy gameplay in EA FC 27 on PS5
I am experiencing severe, unplayable sluggishness and heavy gameplay in EA FC 27 on my PS5. The players feel extremely heavy, unresponsive, and there is a massive input delay.I have checked my official EA Connection Quality Report, and my connection is flawless:Connection Score: 98/100 (Great)Ping: 5.87 msJitter: 0.13 msPacket Loss: 0.01%Network Type: EthernetI have also tried changing DNS, adjusting MTU, configuring QoS, and enabling DMZ. Since my infrastructure and network telemetry are objectively perfect, this issue is entirely on the server-side, account routing, or gameplay synchronization. Please investigate my account profile and server synchronization to resolve this heavy gameplay. Thank you.Game disconnects after game is done resulting in loss
I just played a division rivals game and won the game 9-2. After the final whistle was blown and the cut-scenes after the game started I was randomly disconnected resulting in a loss as well as a reduction in match coin rewards. If you watch the attached video from 1:30 and onwards you can see the evidence of this. Is there any way to reverse this or get compensated, or have I just wasted 15mins of playing?FC 27 disconnects every match, but Xbox stays online with good wired internet.
I’m having a persistent connection issue with EA Sports FC 27 on Xbox. Every time I play online, especially Division Rivals, I either start lagging badly and disconnect or get kicked from the match because the game says I lost connection. My Xbox stays connected to the internet the entire time, and I do not have this issue with any other games. I played 5 online matches and disconnected or lagged out of all 5. I am using wired Ethernet. My Xbox network test shows 93.5 Mbps download, 24.2 Mbps upload, 21 ms latency, and 0% packet loss. My EA Connection Quality Report shows around 95/100, 16.7 ms average ping, 1.73 ms jitter, and 0.03% packet loss. My recent matches are rated around 91-98/100. My NAT currently shows Moderate, but I have previously gotten it to Open and the same problem continued. I have restarted my Xbox and router, fully closed and reopened FC 27, cleared my Alternate MAC address, and tested my connection multiple times. My Xbox remains online and other games work normally. Has anyone experienced this or found a fix?Ea gameplay
So basically I was sat there play fc27 and I’m losing **bleep** brain cells one game the opponent keeper runs into **bleep** John cena and **bleep** close lines me then the next my keeper decides to play **bleep** rebounds with the crossbar and scores an own goal like he doesn’t want to play in my team even though I spent 750 coins on the blokeCustom Tactics Not Saving
Hello, I’m experiencing a persistent issue with custom tactics in EA SPORTS FC 27 Ultimate Team on PS5. Whenever I create a custom tactic or import one using a tactic code, I save it correctly, but later the settings change or reset by themselves. Player roles, positions, formation settings, and other tactic options do not stay as I saved them. I have tried creating a completely new squad, using different tactic slots, importing different codes, manually creating tactics, restarting Ultimate Team, restarting the game, and restarting the console, but the issue still happens. This makes it very difficult to use multiple custom tactics because they keep changing after I save them. Please investigate this issue and let me know if there is a fix or workaround.Heavy Input Delay…
Ethernet connection. Extremely fast fibre internet. Gaming router. 2–4ms ping. PS5 Pro + LG C2 in Game Mode. And yet I have nothing but delay. My players barely turn, move, pass, run or shoot when I press the buttons. Everything feels heavy and delayed, while my opponents can run circles around me with seemingly instant responsiveness. This has been happening to me since FIFA 14. Over the years, my internet, hardware, TV and overall setup have only improved — yet the problem has continued to get worse. I’ve tried Ethernet, Wi-Fi, different routers, different ISPs, network settings, port forwarding, QoS, display settings and pretty much every troubleshooting suggestion available. The connection looks perfect on paper, but the gameplay does not feel remotely responsive. EA, I’ve been posting about this for years. So seriously — what is the actual fix? Because at this point, telling players to “check their internet connection” clearly isn’t enough.138Views0likes4CommentsFC 27 PC Hacker Issue
I hate to be negative towards a game Ive enjoyed since 2011 but this is truly unacceptable and shocking coming from such a huge and reputable company like EA. Im on PC and 2 days in have run into so many hackers in draft and 2 in rivals. I either get kicked at halftime, my whole team being controlled and renamed, or kicked right from kickoff. I spent over 80k in coins from draft and I dont know how many fc points. My main issue is the response or lack there of from EA. I dont get any help from live support chat, I dont get any reassurance this issue will be fixed, and I probably wont be recompensated for my points and coins spent. What incentive do I have to keep playing or buy future names? I may be one voice in a sea of millions but I spent hard earned money and deserve to be heard and helped. I need something from this. My coins and points back or this issue to be resolved ASAP. I cant even report the players doing this, all it lets me do is report for an offensive name. Why are these people allowed to 1. Do this, and 2. Get away with it unpunished whereas players who dont hack get punished by losing coins, points, because of these people.FC 27 PS5 — constant speed-up lag and connection issues
I’m experiencing severe and repeated speed-up lag in FC 27 online matches on PS5. The unstable-connection symbol appears constantly, and some matches are unplayable from kickoff. My connection is stable in every other online game, and the PS5 connection test reports no problem. I use BT broadband through a BT Complete Wi-Fi disc positioned close to the console. I’ve tested Automatic, 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, but the issue continues. The clearest evidence is in EA’s own Connection Quality Report. With exactly the same setup, two matches received scores of 98/100: 14.05 ms ping, 1.39 ms jitter 16.4 ms ping, 1.42 ms jitter Other matches then dropped as low as: 137 ms ping, 109 ms jitter — 1/100 121 ms ping, 89 ms jitter — 2/100 170 ms ping, 132 ms jitter — 1/100 124 ms ping, 104 ms jitter — 2/100 This variation is far too large to dismiss as simply weak Wi-Fi, especially when the same connection can produce a 98/100 result and other games work normally. EA’s troubleshooting page also says sudden drops can happen when a player is connected to a different Game Data Center. Can EA please investigate which data centre these matches are using, the routing to that centre, and why matchmaking is allowing games with latency above 100–170 ms? Generic troubleshooting has not resolved it. I’m attaching screenshots of the individual match reports as evidence.
