Coin balance and team missing

Question

Hello EA Support,Yesterday, I built a full team in EA SPORTS FC 27 using around 45,000 coins. I bought the players normally through the Transfer Market.Today, I logged back into the game and all of the players I bought yesterday are gone. The coins I spent on them are also gone. My untradeable players that were already in my club are still there.I did not delete or sell these players, and I have not shared my account with anyone.I would like you to investigate my account and check what happened to my players and coins. If this was caused by a server issue, rollback, or another error, I would like my players and coins to be restored.I paid €80 for the game and I expect my Ultimate Team content to be properly saved.

Unfortunately we can't look into accounts here on the forums. I'd recommend following the steps in this article to make sure that your account is secure, and then reaching out to our live support team via the link at the bottom. They can take a look into this for you, and should be able to see what happened to your team and coins.
