Coins not reflecting after selling a Scream Player

I sold him yesterday 12 hours ago and the support said they cant find the coins. Selling other players give me coins... But that scream player didn't... It is very strange

Hey kabdelmomen,

Sometimes it can take a little bit for the coins to be reflected on your account, but usually they show up within 24 hours. When did you sell your player, and have you gotten your coins since then?
