I’m experiencing matchmaking failures in FC 27 affecting both Clubs and Rush Tournament.

Clubs:
Our Club is unable to find/start a match. We get a message data mismatch/matchmaking failure right after match loads and returns is to the clubs Home Screen.  It finds the match but somehow when loading fails.

Rush Tournament:
The game successfully searches and reaches “Match Found”, but then immediately gives “Connection to opponent lost.”

Important: Normal Rush matchmaking works correctly. The problem appears to be specific to Rush Tournament.

Troubleshooting already attempted:

• Fully restarted FC 27
• Restarted PS5
• Entered Ultimate Team and returned to The Grounds
• Disabled cross-play
• Changed regional matchmaking settings
• Tried matchmaking with a different teammate as the party/search host

The same Rush Tournament failure occurred when my teammate hosted the search.

We have not yet tested whether my teammate can successfully enter a Rush Tournament match completely solo.

Please investigate whether there is currently an issue with FC 27 Clubs matchmaking and/or the Rush Tournament matchmaking/session initialization.

Teammates tried rush tournament without me and it failed for them as well.  

Everysingle time i tried to get in clubs with friends and get into a match it gliches me out and says data mismatch with squad and was canceled game

9/10 when we start a match there’s either a data mismatch or the game just cancels by itself and says we lost connection to the opponent then defaulting to the main menu. 
Only after a couple times of closing the game and restarting the PS it then works but it’s been happening since the game was released. Unsure what the issue is??

I am experiencing multiple serious issues with Pro Clubs and The Grounds that are making the game extremely difficult and sometimes impossible to play.

1. Pro Clubs League Matchmaking: When trying to search for a Pro Clubs League match, matchmaking often fails and kicks me completely back to the main menu.
2. “Preparing Team Sheet” Glitch: While searching for a match, the “Preparing Team Sheet” message repeatedly appears and disappears extremely quickly, almost like the notification is rapidly flashing or constantly restarting.
3. Pro Clubs Level Progression Bug: My player says the maximum level is Level 40 and does not allow me to progress any further. However, the progression screen clearly shows Level 41 and beyond. There are also perks that state they unlock at Level 45, even though the game currently prevents me from progressing past Level 40.
4. Player Appearance Bug: When editing my player, changing only the hair color will sometimes automatically change my hairstyle and even my player’s face. I am not selecting any changes to the hairstyle or facial appearance.
5. Lobby/Party Invitations Not Working: Invitations are sent to other players to join the lobby or party, but the recipient often does not receive them, even after the invitation is sent multiple times.
6. The Grounds Matchmaking Issues: When queued to play The Grounds, the game will randomly remove me from matchmaking and boot me back to the main menu.
7. Player Switching Issues When Playing ANY: When playing ANY in Pro Clubs, switching between players is extremely slow or does not switch to the intended player quickly enough. AI-controlled teammates will also sometimes run away from a loose ball instead of moving toward it.
8. Random Black Screen: The screen will randomly go completely black during gameplay or while inside certain game modes.
9. Data Mismatch Error: The game will sometimes successfully load into a match or game mode and then immediately remove me with a “Data Mismatch” error.
10. Extreme Ping Spikes: Connection quality is extremely inconsistent, with ping sometimes suddenly spiking to around 1000 ms during matches.
11. Incorrect Directional Inputs: Passing and shooting will sometimes register in a completely different direction than the direction being input on the controller. This causes passes and shots to go toward unintended players or areas of the field.

These issues are happening repeatedly and significantly affect the ability to play Pro Clubs and The Grounds properly. Several of these problems involve matchmaking, connection stability, controls, player progression, invitations, AI behavior, player customization, and general game stability.

Please investigate these issues, as they are seriously affecting the overall gameplay experience.

Where to start 😡 most of the time in clubs it says disconnected due to data miss match. That needs sorting out ASAP. the gameplay for passing aka using double tap Y is absolutely non existent, can't use it all at, the Y through ball goes through about 2 out of 100 times even it it's a clear y ball pass, it's just ridiculous. VISUAL errors, the leaderboards are completely broken, I've been playing since early access and apparently I'm not even ranked 👀 the pace of 79 rated ai can keep up and outrun my 5'4 magician who has 95 acceleration and sprint speed. The technical play style plus for magician is absolute garbage....all this needs FIXING ASAP especially for the price you lot charge for an unfinished game is mad 

Recently got disconected from 4 drafts without any reason due to an EA bug, suddenly the screen freezes without any reason and then game closes, another one I got disconected while winning 3-0 becasue of a data mismatch in my opponents squad and lost another game in 1st round without playing it, then got put against an hacker that only alowed me to move one player while he controled my other 9 field players. This is unacceptable, put 12 euros in ur game to play fut drafts that i could not play or enjoy and lost due to ur bugs. And i cant get my tokens back, EA only alowed me to get 1 back in EA Suporte. Would apreciate a reply 

Every time there is a substitution in my clubs matches there is some type of error where I am playing in my own game and my friends are in a completely different game. They are still running around doing the same controls, but the ball is in a different place and on my screen it is an absolute mess of random things happening that make no sense. Can we just disable substitutes until this gets fixed? I can't play the game.

Ultimate team card issue: The recent cards for Claudio Pina, Raphina and Olise. Realistically the game came out less than one month ago, how can one afford to get these cards without having to spend money on the game? Is the game not designed for casual players who dont want to spend money? When has the game become a pay to play environment?

AI defending makes no sense, I understand switching to manual defense but why are my defenders actual cones??? You mean a player could run directly into them and they do nothing unless I control them??!!!

in the grounds, the objective screen will come up and refuse to go away unless you interact with another player!

pro clubs, sometimes there is a data mismatch which results in ending the game. EA is a billion dollar industry fix your **bleep** servers. The game is trash!!!!!

last and most important issue. When has football become this constant turning to beat defenders?? Dribbling is the most unrealistic it has ever been!!! This is the most unrealistic fifa and I am not sure how have we become progressively worst over the years!! Why cant you make a good game??!!!

I’d like to start this off by saying I really like FC. It’s not perfect by any means, but it’s a fun series to play with friends, which is why I’m frustrated with the state of clubs. 

Every time we join a match, our first ones in fact, it never works. Players are invisible, there’s some sort of data mismatch sometimes, it’s just broken. Without fail, the first match never works, and we have to go back to the main menu and reload into the grounds. 

after matches, the game constantly pauses or freezes staring at the field and then takes 2 minutes to load showing the players standing there with the accolades. We’ve had 3 patch updates, and not one has fixed these issues. I’m really not sure why it’s even an issue, but it’s been there since the Ultimate Edition dropped. 

We are aware of an issue where some players would receive a Data Mismatch error when entering Clubs League matches, and have recently released a change to greatly decrease the likelihood of encountering this issue. The full fix for this issue is expected to be included in a future title update.

EA SPORTS FC Direct Communication
