Division Rivals connection issue

i was playing a divisoin rivals game and i won 3-1 but when i got to the advance stage it said i lost connection to ultimate team and returned me to the home menus and my game counted as a loss and took my win streak. i tried to contact an ea agent multiple ways but it just seems impossible to get into a chat with someone other than the ai.
