EA server issues

Just happened to me in my last FUT Champs game. I was winning 3-0, my opponent quit, and somehow the game counted it as a loss.

It’s really frustrating losing a game because of server issues. Does EA even look into these reports? At least some coins or packs as compensation would be nice.
