Error loading into champs

I loaded into a game of weekend league and had the option to skip the introductions. I pressed “A” to skip and it showed as 1/2 skipping it. The screen was black other than the 1/2 icon at the top. My screen was frozen on that black screen and I had to quit the app and received a loss in champs because of it.
