Evo problem

Hi EA Support,

I completed the CB Roles++ Evolution on my Álvaro Carreras in Ultimate Team, but I accidentally submitted that card into an SBC.

I bought another copy of his base card, but when I try to apply the same Evolution, I get an error saying that I already have an evolved version of this player.

The original card is gone, and I cannot find it in my club or SBC storage. It seems the game still remembers the old Evolution and prevents me from using it again.

Could you please investigate this issue and let me know if my Evolution eligibility can be restored?

    Experiencing same issue, funny enough also regarding Carreras. Only difference is that i submitted an evolved version that i had purchased on the market, and the one i tried to evolve after that is pack pulled.

    I am also having this issue, once I removed the evo then sold the player it was okay. Then I needed to buy the player back and now can’t evo him again
