Fut Champs Black Screen

I went into a game in futchamps and got a black screen with only the map showing. So, I left the match and entered another, and it was the same issue. I tried contacting the 24/7 chat for help, and got nothing. This is an issue from your end, and I expect compensation for making me miss out on games.
