Fc 27 companion app IOS

Been trying to log in to the companion app since release and keep getting a log in error. I’ve had a look through forums and although others are having a different issue I haven’t found anymore posts linking directly to my issue. I’ve tried installing the app, ensuring by my accounts are linked, ensuring iOS and the app itself are updated, I’ve tried web app on multiple browsers and get the same result. The only change I’ve noticed is I forgot to log out of ultimate team on console yesterday and when I went on the companion app it recognised my account was still on ultimate team on console. I then exited ultimate on console and it went back to the same error.
