FC 27 Draft Matches - Repeated Cheating

Hello EA Support,

I am contacting you because I have been experiencing an extremely serious cheating/hacking issue in EA FC 27 Draft.

In almost every Draft match I have played recently, a hacker has interfered with the game. At random moments, they are able to completely freeze my game and disconnect me from the match. In some matches, they are also able to take control of my players and control them themselves.

This has now happened repeatedly, and it is becoming extremely frustrating. I am spending both a significant amount of money and a lot of time on this game, and these incidents are directly causing me to lose Draft entries, rewards, and coins. I estimate that I have already lost at least 100,000 coins because of these issues.

My EA ID is Batukoko2.

I strongly ask you to investigate my recent Draft match history. You can review my last 10 Draft matches and check them for suspicious activity, disconnects, and cheating. I believe the match history should clearly show that these incidents have been happening repeatedly.

We spend a lot of money and time on this game, so it is extremely disappointing to lose progress and in-game currency because other players are exploiting cheats.

I would like EA to investigate these matches and compensate me for the Draft entries, coins, and rewards I have lost as a result of these incidents.

Please take this issue seriously and let me know what can be done to resolve it.
