FC 27 Season 1 Pass Rewards Recovery Request

Hello EA FC Team,

I play EA SPORTS FC 27 Ultimate Team on PS4. I unlocked several Season 1 Season Pass rewards but forgot to claim them before the season ended.

EA Support told me that rewards must be claimed before the season ends and suggested posting here.

I understand the rules, but could EA please check whether my unlocked rewards can be recovered? I spent time progressing through the Season Pass and would really appreciate any help.

Thank you for your time and consideration.
