How long do Transfer Market ban appeals take? Mine has been pending since Oct 24

Hi everyone,

I received a permanent Transfer Market ban on Oct 23 for "Balance transfer". My appeal was transferred to the ToS team on Oct 24 and is still pending. Support told me it can take up to 10 days or longer. For those who went through this, how long did yours take?

For context: on the day of the Screams promo, EA released an objective requiring Screams cards and prices jumped. I sniped Çalhanoğlu (Screams) for 199k and resold it for around 320k, the market price at that time. It reached 500k within the hour. I have the price history and timestamps. I have no connection to the seller or buyer, a clean record and 310+ hours this year.

I bought the Ultimate Edition and I've invested a lot of time and money into this game. Every day without the market means missing SBCs and content I can't get back, less than a month after release.

If any EA staff can take a look, I'd really appreciate it.

    Hey Hadeshorns​,

    While these are typically reviewed and addressed within that 10-day period you've already mentioned, in most cases you'll likely hear back within about 72 hours, just depending on how many other cases are in the queue ahead of yours.

    Since you've already submitted the appeal, please keep an eye on your case history page here and the Terms of Service team will reach back out as soon as they've completed the investigation. Thanks for the patience while they're taking a look over the situation.

    EA TOS team are useless, bunch of automated responses. No one checks the activity on your account. I got my account hacked on 10th October, I reported this changed all passwords etc and there answer to me being hacked put a transfer ban on my account for cheating. As you said restricting access to a game that costs more than £100 but they don’t care now they have your money.

    Thanks again. One thing I noticed: my appeal (case #257326474) has been in "Waiting for Translation" status since Oct 24, refreshing every few hours with no change. All previous replies to me were in English. Is this normal, or could the case be stuck? Thank you.

    Me too i got transfer market ban Balance transfer i appeal the first time and got deny in the same day i appeal again and still on pending since Saturday  "Updated by Customer" and still waiting a response or at least i can reach TOS team i wish they revoke the Ban because we are in the early of the game and we did not cheat or use 3rd party tools or buy coins for coins seller. Transfer market if its ban make the game unplayable by finishing teams for The gallery mode, buy manager and chem style for players and do SBC also players like pina POTM or maybe the new POTM Mbappe those players need transfer market to buy players to finish the sbc.
