Fc 27 season pass Adeyemi problem

I’m extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with this issue. While completing the Player Objective  to earn my Season Pass reward to get Adeyemi the game showed me to claim the rewards when i pressed on that only two choices appeared labelled only as Option 1  and  Option 2 without displaying which reward each option actually contained.

As a result, I had no way of knowing which option was Adeyemi and which was the alternative reward. I was forced to make a choice without being given the information needed to make an informed decision.

This is incredibly frustrating because I worked to earn this reward, and I should have been able to clearly see what I was choosing before confirming. A reward selection system that hides the contents of its options is unacceptable.

I’ve also seen other players reporting similar issues, which makes this even more disappointing.

im requesting ea team to check on this and give the player back as when i contacted the support now they said already some people got the player back but i did not get anything
