Season pass bug after completing player objectives

I COMPLETED THE PLAYER OBJECTIVES TO GET ENOUGH SP TO GET LEVEL 21 AND CLAIM ADAYEMI FROM THE SEASON PASS, straight after completing the objectives my game bugged out and two options appeared on screen of blank packs with the text "CLAIM PLAYER ITEM PACK" let me be clear, there was NO Adayemi advertised on screen, NO correct pack text on the selection options and no description of a choice between 83x 5 or adayemi Ones to watch, it wouldn't let me back out of the selection screen, no player was advertised just 2 packs with bugged text, I then clicked one of them and I log into ultimate team and its given me the 83x 5 instead of adayemi ones to watch!!!

I want this issue reverted I havent opened the 83x5 pack in came straight onto EA support and spoke to someone who then told me I have to come into EA forums to report the issue and have it rectified.

Even after going back onto the season pass adayemi isnt even listed as a choice, he just pops up in the back ground, i would like to have this immediately resolved as no one in there right mind would choose the 83x5 over adayemi especially after grinding the season pass and objectives to gain rhe relevant SP.
