FC 27 Transfer Market banned for buying points and completing gallery?

i appeal multiple time and reached the limit. They don't allow me to appeal anymore and i always got reply from BOTS.

IF i'm not mistaken , i got this mail on last friday which is after few hours i got offline

on that day few hours back, i bought fifa points just to unlock the season pass and doing Marquee Matchup SBC, and few days back i was only completing FUT Gallery by buying and selling player with their normal price

the last thing i did before i got ban is opening my division rivals rewards and doing the Marquee Matchup SBC

    Me too and other players tried seeking help in the community Forums we got transfer market ban Balance transfer i appeal the first time and got deny in the same day i appeal again and still on pending since Saturday  "Updated by Customer" and still waiting a response or at least we can reach TOS team to solve this.

    I wish they revoke the Ban because we are in the early of the game and i did not cheat or use 3rd party tools or buy coins for coins seller. Transfer market if its ban make the game unplayable by finishing teams for The gallery mode, buy manager and chem style for players and do SBC also players like pina POTM or maybe the new POTM Mbappe those players need transfer market to buy players to finish the sbc.

    i hope if any Community manager can help us about this with TOS Team
