Incorrect 85+ x2 SBC Rewards – Portuguese Description Issue

Hello everyone,

On 25/10, I completed three SBCs in EA SPORTS FC 27: twi related to La Liga and Liga F, and one related to the Premier League and Barclays wsl.

The Portuguese descriptions stated that the rewards would contain two players rated 85 or higher (85+ x2). However, after completing these SBCs, I received players rated below 85.

I have video recordings of my screen showing the issue and the discrepancy between the advertised description and the rewards I received.

I opened a support case with EA five days ago, but I have not received a clear response or an update regarding a possible resolution.

I understand that this issue may have affected other players as well. I believe EA should investigate this discrepancy and provide clear information about what happened.

I would like EA to investigate the Portuguese SBC descriptions, clarify whether this was a translation or display error, and provide appropriate compensation to affected players if the issue is confirmed.

Has anyone else experienced the same issue? Has anyone received a response from EA Support?

I would appreciate an official response from EA regarding this matter.

Thank you.
