Fc Point

I got a ea fc 26 12000 point gift card and I redeemed the card but unfortunately I can’t move it over to fc 27. Please how do I get compensated for this? Or what’s the way around this? Some will say at the launch of 27, I should see a pop up to transfer from previous game but I already started 27 before I was gifted this card and I also redeemed it.

Hi there. Unfortunately, those points wouldn't be able to be moved over. They needed to be on the FC 26 account before you started playing FC 27.
